Flatson is a young real estate agency located in Paris. We specialize in renting property to foreign citizens.
Expats, large companies’ employees, students, golden visa holders - this is our main clientele!

We help our clients from all around the world to find suitable accommodation in the French capital. The USA, Canada, Russia, Australia, China and the UAE are only a small part of countries whose residents rented their apartments with us.

We aim to make the process of finding an apartment for foreigners as easy as possible and support them in all rent-related matters from paying bills to organizing cleaning services.

We do not forget about property owners and take over the whole renting process.
Why are most of our clients expatriates? There are two reasons for this:
