Our agency offers two main services to our clients:Renting your apartment with a “Bail Code Civil” contract.
In the first case our services include:
- Visiting an apartment
- Negotiating the contract terms
- Drawing up a “Bail Code Civil” contract
- Checking-in to the apartment and delivering the keys
- Signing “état des lieux” with stating the inventory
- Further support (setting up the electricity, the Internet, taking out the insurance)
With a “Bail Code Civil” contract the agency’s fee will be the next (contract duration – agency fees):
1 to 2 months stay 30% of monthly rent
3 to 4 months stay 50% of the monthly rent
5 to 8 months stay 75% of monthly rent
9 to 12 months stay 100% of monthly rent
Personalized apartment search
In the second case our responsibilities in finding an apartment are:
- Helping to form a personal file
- Hiring a guarantor, if needed
- Searching for a desired property
- Visiting an apartment
- Negotiating the contract terms
- Drawing up a “Bail Code Civil” contract
- Checking-in to the apartment and delivering the keys
- Signing “état des lieux” with stating the inventory
- Further support (setting up the electricity, the Internet, taking out the insurance)
The agency’s fee will also be 10% of the annual renting sum of the property and also includes down payment of 20% of the planned budget.
